  • Beginner Yoga

    Aimed for the new to Yoga participant with a curiosity to learn yoga with high instruction and support. Poses will be deconstructed, and time taken to guide individuals through the session.

  • Yoga Flow

    Guiding participants through breathwork, movement and meditation.

    This class caters for all levels with layers, modifications and props to provide an enjoyable and challenging experience.

  • Yin Yoga

    A stretch and meditation session focusing on holding stretches for 3-5 minutes to allow release of connective tissues and fascia throughout the body.

    A quiet, mindful, and relaxing session with the aim to float out the door at the end of the session.

  • Open Yoga

    A session based on the participants needs and energy levels.

  • Private Yoga

    (1 – 2 participants) | Available on request (higher prices apply).
