My Story
For many years yoga provided me with personal sanctuary - a place where I found strength, balance and calm amidst the busyness of life. In 2023, I made the life-changing decision to deepen my practice and become a 350-hour qualified Yoga, Meditation and Yin Yoga teacher.
With a background in corporate workplaces and a passion for creating connection, I felt inspired to offer something different - a boutique yoga experience that is inclusive, Accessible and welcoming to all.
As a mature yoga teacher, I bring not only years of life experiences (& injuries) but also a deep understanding of the challenges and transformations we face at various stages of life.

My yoga philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is a nurturing practice—a sacred space where we become attentive to the needs of our mind, body, and soul. It is a practice of kindness, a gesture of caring toward ourselves and the community around us.
Through yoga, we cultivate an articulate connection between our breath, movement, and inner wisdom. It is a journey where the mind finds calm, the body finds balance, and the heart finds expansion.
I embrace the yin and the flow. The yin invites us to slow down, to reflect, and to deeply nourish our being. The flow allows us to align with the rhythm of life, moving with grace and intention. Together, they create a harmonious dance that nurtures every part of our being.
In this practice, meditation becomes our guide—a moment to listen, to be still, and to honor our inner truth. With every breath, we weave a thread of wisdom that connects us to ourselves and to one another.
Yoga is more than a practice; it is a way of living with care, attentiveness, and an open heart. It reminds us that we are part of a larger community, and as we heal ourselves, we contribute to the healing of the whole.
Let this space be a sanctuary where we grow, connect, and flow together—mind, body, and soul.

Welcome to Accessible Yoga, a space created with intention, love, and purpose. At the heart of everything we do are the values that shape our practice and our community.
First and foremost, we are guided by compassion. Yoga is for everyone, and we believe in meeting each individual with kindness, understanding, and care, wherever they are on their journey.
Inclusivity is at the core of our mission. No matter your age, ability, background, or experience, you belong here. We strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.
We infuse our work with kindness—toward ourselves, each other, and the world around us. This practice is not about perfection; it’s about showing up with an open heart and a willingness to grow.
We also believe in the power of humour to bring lightness to our practice. Laughter is healing, and it reminds us not to take life—or ourselves—too seriously.
Every interaction is grounded in respect—respect for your unique journey, your boundaries, and the energy you bring to our shared space.
Above all, our work is heartfelt. Accessible Yoga is a labor of love, created to uplift and connect.
Finally, we are dedicated to building a sense of community. Together, we create a space where support, understanding, and joy can flourish.
