OFFERINGS

Aimed for the new to Yoga participant with a curiosity to learn yoga
with high instruction and support. Poses will be deconstructed, and time taken to build a strong foundation, deepen body awareness, and develop confidence before progressing further.
Accessible Yoga is all about meeting you where you are at as I guide individuals through the session.

Guiding participants through breathwork, movement and meditation.
This class caters for all levels with layers, modifications and props to provide an enjoyable and challenging experience.

A stretch and meditation session focusing on holding stretches for
between 3-5 minutes to allow release of connective tissues and fascia throughout the body. A quiet, mindful, and relaxing session with the aim to float out the door at the end of the session.

A session based on the participants needs and energy levels.
